You can delete your MerryWise account and all of your data at any time. Here is how.
Open MerryWise and go to Settings › Your data › Delete account & data. This permanently deletes your account, your people and gift lists, your budgets, your past years and any receipt photos.
Everything tied to your account: people, gifts, budgets, expenses, receipts and return dates, past-year history, and your account record itself. If you belong to a household, your private Surprise Shield gifts are deleted with your account.
Your data is removed from the app immediately and fully purged from our systems within 30 days. We keep no copy afterward, except anything we are legally required to retain.
Email us at contact@nextappfactory.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the Apple/Google sign-in you used), with the subject "Delete my MerryWise account", and we will delete your account and data for you within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Holiday Pass subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
