These Terms govern your use of MerryWise, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using MerryWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MerryWise helps you plan gifts and budgets. You are responsible for the content you add and for how you use the budgets and reminders it provides; they are conveniences and should be verified where accuracy matters.
Some features use an account and let you share a plan with your household. You are responsible for who you invite to a shared plan and for keeping your device and sign-in secure.
MerryWise is free with ads. The optional Holiday Pass is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that removes ads, adds receipts & return reminders, and enables household planning; one Pass covers everyone in the household. The price is shown before you purchase, and the subscription renews at that price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The free version displays ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob, subject to their terms. The Holiday Pass removes ads.
The gifts, lists, photos and notes you add remain yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store and sync them to provide the app. Your lists are never sold or shared with advertisers.
The MerryWise name, app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MerryWise, including any reliance on its budgets, reminders or sharing features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
