Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings, using the same account you used before. Your people, gifts, budgets and past years are stored in your account and will restore automatically. If you never signed in, your lists live only on the old device, so sign in before switching phones.
Surprise Shield hides a gift from the very person it is for, even inside a shared household. They see only an anonymous "Reserved" amount against the budget — never the gift, its photo or its receipt. If you leave a household, your Surprise Shield gifts come with you.
Open Settings › Household and share your invite code with the people you plan with (up to 6 in total). They enter the code in their own app to join the shared lists and budget. The Holiday Pass of any one member covers everyone in the household — each person does not need to buy their own.
The Holiday Pass is a yearly subscription managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › MerryWise › Cancel. On Android: Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › MerryWise › Cancel. You keep Pass benefits until the end of the paid period.
In the app, go to Settings › Your data › Delete account & data. This permanently deletes your account, lists, history and receipt photos, fully purged from our systems within 30 days. If you no longer have the app installed, email us at contact@nextappfactory.com from your account email and we will delete it for you.
